RETURNS & REFUNDS
Answer: The item must meet the following conditions:
All Purchases can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and all items in the package must be intact. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all fees incurred, and no refund will be issued.
- The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- It has not been worn or washed;
- The original tags and packaging are intact;
- It is free from stains and in good condition;
- It has not been altered or modified;
- It has no odors (such as deodorants or perfumes).
Answer: Once the item is confirmed to meet the return criteria, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirming the refund, and it will show in your account within 5-7 business days.
Answer: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. These items cannot be returned, and no refund will be issued.
Answer: Please initiate a return request through your order history page. If items are sent to the address without prior notice, the seller will not be held responsible. All returns must be shipped back; the seller cannot accept in-person returns.
